注意事項

• 当店は完全予約制です。必ず予約後にご指定の時間ちょうどにルームにお越しください。
• 公衆電話、IP電話等非通知からのご予約は受付ておりません。
• 当店は風俗店ではございません。セラピストに対する過剰サービスの強要、おさわり、暴言、その他嫌がる行為は固くお断りします。
• 当店在籍のセラピストが当店及び前所属店等で接客NGを出したお客様に対してのご予約はお受けできません。万一インターフォンの画像に接客NGの方が確認できた場合、その場で入室をお断りいたしますのでその旨予めご了承願います。
• 当店はオイルトリートメントを提供するリラクゼーション サロンであり、医療法が定める病院や診療所・治療院や指圧・ 按摩マッサージ・鍼灸による施術所ではございません。
• 施術前に必ずシャワーを浴びていただきます。
• 施術中は必ず紙ショーツを着用いただきます。
• ティータイム・シャワータイムはコースの時間に含まれております。
• セラピストの体調不良等の理由で、当店からご予約をキャンセルさせて頂く場合がございます。あらかじめご了承くださいませ。
• 遅刻・キャンセルされる場合は必ずご連絡をお願いいたします。無断キャンセルの場合、キャンセル料として全額を請求致します。
• ご連絡なく10分以上予約時間を過ぎてしまうとキャンセル扱いとさせていただいております。また、ご連絡があった場合でも、ご予約状況等によってコースの時間を短縮させていただく場合がございます。
• 当店のルールを著しく逸脱された場合は施術を中止させていただく場合がございます。その際、ご返金は致しかねますのであらかじめご了承ください。

Important Notes

• Our salon operates by appointment only. Please make a reservation in advance and arrive at the room exactly at your scheduled time.
• We do not accept reservations from public phones, IP phones, or callers with blocked numbers.
• We are a relaxation salon and not an adult entertainment establishment. Any inappropriate behavior toward the therapist, including demanding excessive services, touching, abusive language, or any actions that cause discomfort, is strictly prohibited.
• We cannot accept reservations from customers who have been marked as “NG” (refused service) by any of our therapists at our salon or at their previous workplaces. If a person identified as “NG” is confirmed via the intercom camera, entry will be refused on the spot. Thank you for your understanding.
• Our salon provides oil treatment relaxation services and is not a hospital, clinic, treatment facility, or a practice for shiatsu, anma massage, acupuncture, or any medical treatment as defined by Japanese medical law.
• All guests are required to take a shower before the treatment.
• Paper shorts must be worn during the treatment.
• Tea time and shower time are included in the total course duration.
• We may need to cancel your reservation due to therapist illness or other unavoidable reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
• If you are late or need to cancel, please be sure to contact us. In the case of a no-show without notice, the full course fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, your reservation will be treated as canceled. Even if you contact us, the course time may be shortened depending on our booking situation.
• If you significantly violate our rules, the treatment may be terminated immediately. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

• セラピストに対する肉体的・精神的な暴力行為、嫌がらせ、性的サービスの強要
• 泥酔されている方、合法・非合法を問わず薬物を利用されている方のご利用
• 暴力団関係者またはそれに類似すると思われる方のご利用
• 大声を上げたり、ものを散らかす等の近隣への迷惑行為
• スカウト行為(同業・他業種問わず)
• 店外デートのお誘い
• 心臓疾患・伝染病・感染症（水虫・性病）にかかっている方のご利用
• 皮膚疾患・極度の湿疹・強い口臭・強い体臭をお持ちの方のご利用

Prohibited Activities

• Use of our services by anyone under 18 years of age.
• Any act of audio or video recording without permission (including eavesdropping or hidden cameras).
• Any physical or psychological violence, harassment, or forcing sexual services upon the therapist.
• Use of our services by anyone who is heavily intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, whether legal or illegal.
• Use of our services by members of organized crime groups or anyone deemed to have similar affiliations.
• Causing disturbance to neighbors, such as shouting loudly or creating a mess.
• Scouting or recruitment activities (regardless of industry).
• Inviting therapists on dates outside the salon.
• Use of our services by individuals with heart disease, contagious diseases, or infections (including athlete’s foot or sexually transmitted diseases).
• Use of our services by individuals with skin diseases, severe eczema, strong body odor, or strong bad breath.
